1. Information We Collect

To perform a preliminary transition audit and valuation analysis, we collect proprietary property contract documents, developer covenant details, maintenance fee ledgers, and contact information (Full Name, US Phone number, Email address).

2. Non-Disclosure & Security Covenants

All submitted materials are protected under strict non-disclosure safeguards. We do not sell, trade, or distribute your contracts or personal information to third-party marketing firms or resort developer networks. We utilize SSL encryption systems to protect transmissions.

3. Data Retention Policies

Covenant documents and contract files are retained for the duration of the analysis. If you choose not to engage our advisory desk for transition or resale services, all contract files are permanently purged from our servers within 30 days of case closure.
