Terms of Engagement

Please read these Terms of Engagement carefully before submitting resort covenants or property contracts to our boutique advisory desk.

1. Advisory Scope

Real Estate PROS LLC provides informational property interest audits and transition consulting. All valuation reviews, covenant analyses, and eligibility evaluations represent strategic opinions. We do not act as real estate brokers, timeshare resale brokers, or registered attorneys, and our briefings do not constitute binding legal or tax advice.

2. Preliminary Audits

Initial valuation audits are provided without cost or obligation. We reserve the right to refuse service or deny contract evaluations if the underlying covenants do not qualify for developer buyback or transition programs.

3. Client Representations

By submitting resort agreements, you represent that you hold valid, lawful title to the property interest and have full authorization to request contract reviews. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contract data.
